The sun is shining with the promise of spring...finally right? Our gardens are still snow covered but the smell in the air is getting me excited with the promise of planting. I understand that I may be getting ahead of myself but I can't help it.

However I do enjoy this time of year; it's time to figure out the garden layout, gather seeds work on new products and labels.

The radishes will be the first to be  pickled and I'll keep you posted from there...
