Our family orchard is in beautiful full bloom; take a look at these lovely apple blossoms and peach blossoms from one of our newer peach trees.
These vibrant blossoms not only look beautiful but their fragrance when walking through the orchard is incredible. These are the same blossoms that will provide us with our hearty apple varieties and tender juicy peaches that we will enjoy immediately as well as preserve to enjoy throughout the year.

Some of the precious preserves will include apple maple jam, apple chutney, peach jam and pickled peaches; yes I said pickled if you haven't tried pickled fruit you need to!
